Sofia, the Tuscan-inspired farm-to-table steakhouse in Englewood, has updated it’s food and drink menus for the season.
The menus (View Menus) have updated presentations of various salads, many of their homemade pastas and a brand new appetizer (Filet Mignon Tartare). Ingredients like burrata & truffle and porcini mushroom have a home this season. There’s also an option for a branzino filet, previously only available as a whole fish. As usual, many of these dishes are also available for lunch.
Their expert mixology staff has a number of new items as well. Sofia is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner with brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
