Iconic restaurant Lido in Hackensack, which has been closed since late last year due to renovation, has re-opened for business the last month or so — with new ownership focused on returning it to its former 1960’s glory.
Featuring American/Italian comfort food served by second and third generation waiters and waitresses, the family-friendly space is serving many of the popular menu mainstays, including the award-winning thin crust pizza, sliced steak sandwiches, and “secret” house dressing.
There are plenty of new food items to try and a choice of numerous specialty cocktails, such as the Smokey Old Fashioned, Coconut Pineapple Martini or Ocean Spritzer.
Lido is currently open daily for dinner beginning at 5:00pm. For reservations of parties 9+ or parlor parties of up to 24, customers are recommended to book direct at (201) 487-8721.
