According to details from the brand, organic burger chain Bareburger will open yet another New Jersey location in Woodcliff Lake. Bareburger has locations in Closter, Edgewater and Ridgewood, being named best burger chain in New Jersey (View Article).
Barebuger’s menu (Their Food) includes burgers made from free-range, pasture-raised meats that are free from antibiotics and hormones. Meats include beef, bison, elk, wild boar, duck, turkey, chicken — with sweet potato, black bean and quinoa rounding out the veggie options — with their Guadalupe burger being named Best Veggie Burger in New York (Read More). There are four bun choices — brioche, sprout bun, tapioca rice bun or wrapped in collard green.
Toppings are a mix of freebies and additional cost — including 30+ veggies (ie spinach, red onions, pickled jalapenos, wild mushrooms), sauces (ie mayo, ketchup, smoke sauce, buttermilk ranch) and spreads (ie pineapple relish, guacamole). A selection of salads, sandwiches and the usual sides — fries, onion rings, pickles are available.
No word on an opening date other than “this year”.
